Editor's Review
The Second Chance Thrift Store in Pearl, MS, boasts a solid overall rating of 4.3 out of 5, reflecting a generally positive shopper experience. Customers frequently comment on the friendly staff and the variety of items available. As Ehm noted, 'Staff are always very friendly, decently priced!' This sentiment is echoed by others who appreciate the unique finds that come through the store, which can sell quickly. However, shoppers should be prepared for the 'thrift store smell', as Ken succinctly put it.
Despite its many strengths, some recurring complaints have emerged. A notable issue is the store's restroom policy, which several customers found inadequate. For instance, God's Child Brn expressed frustration: 'You want people to come in and spend money but can't provide a restroom for the public.' This concern highlights a significant gap in the shopping experience for families and those needing facilities while shopping.
Overall, the Second Chance Thrift Store seems best suited for bargain hunters and those looking for eclectic items, but the restroom situation could be a dealbreaker for some. Shoppers can expect to find decent pricing, particularly around the $5 mark, which has become a trademark for many of the items available here.

For a little store, they have a good variety of items. $5 is their magic number, so be prepared. Also, a few of the staff were a little stand offish.

Always enjoy going here! Staff are always very friendly, decently priced! Knick knacks are a little higher priced than most thrift stores, but that's my only complaint.
