Editor's Review
Secret Seconds Thrift Stores in Missoula, MT, has a mixed reputation. This family-owned business has been around since 1992 and is known for supporting local families in crisis. However, it seems many customers are frustrated with the pricing strategies. As Jeffrey J. bluntly stated, 'It's the most expensive 'thrift' shop in MSLA.' While the store aims to fund various community projects, regulars feel that the prices have become too steep for what’s essentially secondhand goods.
On the flip side, some shoppers have had positive experiences. Jennifer H. noted, 'Loved the store! Clothing was half off and I loved the name brand styles for a great price.' It’s clear that when sales or discounts are in effect, shoppers are generally happy. Yet, these glowing reviews seem to be overshadowed by the numerous complaints regarding high prices.
In summary, you’ll find a decent selection here, but expect to pay a premium. If you're hunting for a bargain, you might want to approach with caution. There’s potential to score some great items, but be prepared to sift through what many consider overpriced merchandise.

These two stores in MSLA used to be really good! People would drop stuff off thinking that they were supporting a good cause (not just giving away the item for someone else to make money like good will, and this is local) BUT now its wwaaaayyyy over ...
Loved the store! Came from out of town and stopped in. Clothing was half off and I loved the name brand styles for a great price. Clothing was clean and the staff were kind and friendly. Will definitely be back to shop!
Worst case of over pricing I’ve ever seen at a thrift shop. Really sad to see that all those donated items that they get for FREE are being made unaffordable to normal people by this store, especially people trying to keep warm this winter. Id happi...
Loved this store, found an excellent item! They have good selection also for men. Low price and on top of that they have 20% off available. Absolutely gem!
So overpriced I am in shock. Used dirty boots from Target for 50$. Walmart brand tank tops for 8$. If anything is wool they write it on the tag and price it even higher.
