Editor's Review
The Goodwill Southern California Store & Donation Center in Fontana boasts a solid overall rating of 3.9 out of 5, based on 146 reviews. Customer experiences reveal that this location is particularly praised for its cleanliness and organization. As Charlene Ashton noted, 'The people here are awesome. The store is very well organized and clean.' This level of organization sets it apart from many second-hand stores, making it easier for shoppers to find what they need.
Another standout feature is the diverse range of items available, especially for those seeking affordable options for special occasions. One customer highlighted, 'I also bought a pair of Coup D'etat shoes that was never worn and a purse to match under $13.00 total' (Alyse W). This illustrates how shoppers can score high-quality items at a fraction of retail prices.
However, not all feedback is positive. A recurring complaint involves the pricing tags causing damage to clothing, as Nina Antuna pointed out: 'Please learn how to poke the price tags correctly... in most fabrics leaves holes.' This issue detracts from the overall shopping experience for some customers.
In summary, while the Goodwill Southern California Store is a treasure trove for those looking for business attire or special occasion dresses, shoppers should be mindful of potential pricing tag mishaps. Overall, the store's commitment to cleanliness and customer service, especially by employees like Mathew, leaves a positive impression.
