Editor's Review
The Goodwill Milford Store & Donation Station holds an overall rating of 3.7 out of 5 based on 118 reviews, suggesting a mix of satisfaction and dissatisfaction among its customers. A recurring theme is the store's appeal for those looking for decent home goods at affordable prices. As Autumn Renee highlighted, "I also like that this location is not too big, or too small. It’s a nice size with a good home/kitchen selection." This sentiment is echoed by Cas, who found some good deals despite expressing concern about prices, noting, "If they were not half price I would have not bought, just too expensive for a goodwill but I lucked out today."
However, the store does face criticism, especially regarding pricing. Marielaina Armatino pointed out that the location tends to "mark up their prices," which leads some to look elsewhere. Moreover, Scott Moore's review lamented the limited selection and high prices, stating, "Felt like a thrift store in the 1980s, it's absolutely zero space and zero selection." Consequently, while some customers appreciate the curated selection, others question the value for money.

The worst place to buy furniture and being told they could keep for 48 hours and then they sold it again Not serious at all. How they can run a shop if they don't know the rules and , in my case had to get off work to come for picking up the dresser,...
Felt like a thrift store in the 1980s, it's absolutely zero space and zero selection. Anytime you do find something of value, it is marked up beyond belief. You might as well just go buy it off eBay.
I’m from out of town and stopped here. I got a few good deals. If they were not half price I would have not bought, just too expensive for a goodwill but I lucked out today. Store looked clean. I’ve seen much worse. Cashier was friendly.
