Editor's Review
Goodwill Store in Boise, ID, is a mixed bag. On one hand, it's a haven for crafty bargain hunters looking for unique, secondhand items. On the other hand, the customer experience leaves a lot to be desired. Frequent complaints revolve around the messy, cluttered store layout that makes browsing frustrating. As Abby Sweet pointed out, 'Shelves are completely overstocked to the point you have to move breakables around constantly.' This sentiment is echoed by others, with Danielle McWhorter lamenting the lack of dressing rooms. 'You would sell more clothes if you brought back dressing rooms,' she noted.
Despite the issues, some customers appreciate the helpful staff and the store’s initiative to support job training programs. Claudia Gutierrez's review stands out: 'Super fun and the staff is very helpful and patient throughout their busy days.' It’s clear that while the store has its charm, potential visitors should be prepared for a bit of chaos.

I can't believe I would ever say this but I'm from Portland and this is the worst Goodwill I've ever been to. Shelves are completely overstocked to the point you have to move breakables around constantly to see what is under them which is a safety ha...
Out of all the employees I ran into, only 2 were friendly. It was a mess. You would sell more clothes if you brought back dressing rooms. Dumbest thing ever. Covids over, only excuse you have is enabling already lazy employees.
Of I could. I would give 0 stars. Terrible customer service. And they say they don’t follow the color tag discounts that. All other location’s across the USA does. Not to mention that the prices are not very thrifty.
Super fun and the staff is very helpful and patient throughout their busy days 😀
From Seattle area... worst Goodwill I've visited which is saying ALOT. No dressing rooms AT ALL??? Also they "just stopped" doing color of the week... Imagine that. They sell nothing so the shelves are piled with overpriced junk.
