Editor's Review

The Goodwill Store in Twin Falls, Idaho, stands out as a go-to spot for bargain hunters seeking unique secondhand treasures. Located in the old Hastings store, this thrift destination offers a variety of clothing, furniture, and home goods, all steeped in the thrill of the hunt. However, the reviews tell a mixed story. While many appreciate the eclectic selection, others raise concerns about prices that often feel too steep for items that might not be in peak condition.

As Joseph B. noted, "Thrift stores just aren’t what they used to be," reflecting the sentiment of those who feel that Goodwill's pricing can sometimes eclipse the very essence of thrifting. Many shoppers, like Nathan, also point out that the discounts and sales common in other Goodwill locations are absent here, leaving some feeling a bit disappointed. The overall vibe of the store seems to fluctuate; while some find hidden gems, others leave frustrated by pricing and customer service. Grace G. remarked on the treatment of donors, highlighting an issue with employee behavior that could discourage generosity.

Best for: Savvy shoppers looking for unique, budget-friendly finds, if they are willing to sift through some overpriced items.

Very high priced. Other thrift stores in town are much more realistic when it comes to selling the stuff they got for free. I also always find trash on the shelves, like actual trash. I still shop there but it is very hard to find good deals.
