My go to for dropping off gently used or new items. They recently changed the drop off spot to the side door which was a smart move. It is much less chaotic and there is usually someone there to greet you and take your items. Good hours as well.
I come here every time I'm in Chicago and it never disappoints. I love that you can sign up and earn points for shopping. This time around I bought some new with tags slippers for $6, and the original price was $25, so not bad at all.
