Editor's Review
Goodwill Store & Donation Center in Arlington Heights, IL, has become a mixed bag of experiences for shoppers, as seen in its overall rating of 3.6 out of 5. Many customers rave about the high-quality items available at this thrift store. As Marcelino Gonzalez II said, "It's your one stop shop for everything you need and want!" This sentiment reflects the excitement some feel when browsing through the diverse range of clothing and home accents.
However, not all experiences are positive. A few shoppers found the prices to be surprisingly high for second-hand items. Carlo Chapelle pointed out that "some of the 'used' men's shirts (long-sleeved) start at $9.99!" He emphasized that places like Marshall's offer new shirts for less. This sentiment was echoed by De Anna Ellis, who questioned the pricing strategy, stating, "Who do they think they are, Nordstrom?"
Another common concern revolves around the store's organization. Tawana S expressed frustration over the messy shelves, describing her shopping experience as overwhelming and lacking bags for her purchases. This inconsistency in the shopping environment means that while some may find treasure, others might feel lost in a cluttered space.

I really liked this goodwill! I thought this store had some really high quality items and good prices. I'll definitely be coming back here!
Clothing prices here are way too high. Some of the "used" men's shirts (long-sleeved) start at $9.99! That's almost $10! And to think that if you go to ROSS Dress for Less or Marshall's, you can buy similar shirts AND "Brand New" for just $9 or l...
Thank you! I was able to buy high quality clothing, shoes, accents for my new home! Everything is here. It's your one stop shop for everything you need and want! #VanceRubio2028
Who do they think they are Nordstrom, macys?? ....this is used donated stuff, $ 12.99 for a new old navy shirt ..new was only $6.99... I guess when each store is independently owned and operated they can set the prices.
This store is overpriced with shelves that are messy and unorganized. I was overwhelmed by the amount of junk that I had to move to shop and look at items. They don't provide bags which I am not used to since I was shopping from out of town.
