Editor's Review
Goodwill Thrift Store & Donation Center in Smyrna, GA, boasts a commendable 4.1 out of 5 rating from 570 reviews. The store stands out for its clean and organized layout, with many reviewers citing a well-maintained shopping environment. For instance, S H remarked, 'Store was very clean and organized,' highlighting a positive shopping experience. The merchandise is refreshed every 21 days, which keeps the inventory varied and appealing for regular visitors.
However, the data tells a different story when it comes to customer service and item availability. Some reviewers have noted dissatisfaction with the store's management. According to Tess, the manager βwould go to the intercom to complain about something and try to publicly embarrass customers.β Such incidents can leave a sour impression, especially when combined with complaints about items lacking price tags, as Jada Cummings mentioned. Furthermore, certain sections, particularly the menβs clothing area, sometimes fall short of expectations, as Joseph Sheffield pointed out.

Store was very clean and organized. Carts were piled up awkwardly at cart return. I didn't find anything on my last two visits. I also didn't interact woth any employees in my last 2 visits.
Great shopping day today. Found bargains in furniture, decorations and toys. Just be ready to hunt for those deals
